Snaretown!

I'm not sure who has been paying attention to Mapex and their Black Panther redeux, but it seems pretty impressive! I ordered the Fastback, a 7"x12" maple model, which hearkens to the famed Brady Wandoo Block 7"x12" that Charley Drayton used on "Love Shack." I want one of those, but when I could buy 4 of these for the price of a Brady, I'll just have to wait. The Cherry Bomb and Velvetone are next if this thing lives up to the hype!

I'm definitely gonna try this drum out at an upcoming show.

If you missed out on the show last night, it was amazing. It's definitely great to play to a sold out show anytime, much less one of this magnitude. I made a youtube playlist of the songs, some with double angles!
